== DECEMBER 22ND 2009 WE MOVED IN!! ==

Tuesday, 22nd of December, 2009 - Day 99 - *HOUSE IS COMPLETED*

We have now moved into our new house, exciting and yet stressful at the same time, got the keys on the 21st of December and had to pay the final cheque to the builder as well as other variations to the house. Everything was flat out busy during hand over time as we had all plumbers, electrician and other contractors installing our hot water, air con, stove and oven and other last minute touch ups.

Key Variations were
- Ducted Cooling
- Extra power points
- Telephone line exchange connection
- Garage door colour upgrade

Just a few more touch ups outside the house which can wait till next year, we will need fencing and concreting done after the new years.

== DECEMBER 2009 - *** HOUSE FINISHED** ==

Wednesday, 17th of December, 2009 - Day 96 - *HOUSE IS COMPLETED*

We have been informed that the house is ready for occupancy and to be moved into, I got the final invoice and occupancy permit so everything is all well to go ahead.
I have arranged and completed final paper work with the Bank, and they have completed the valuation and now the final check can be picked up any time and trade with the builder for the keys to our house.
We have now been running around getting all of our indoor appliance ready and other things the property may need.

We have scheduled to move on Tuesday December 22nd 2009.

== DECEMBER 2009 - COMPLETION STAGES ==

Wednesday, 9th of December, 2009 - Day 89 - Fixing Stage Complete - Completion Stages

We checked the property yesterday, the fencing seems to be taken off now, and they are now working on the floorboards which means its nearly finished. Due to the rain and mud it made it difficult to look through the window. But have caught some pics inside the house.







Friday, 7th of December, 2009 - Day 87 - Fixing Stage Complete - Completion Stages

Haven't updated this for 2 months as all the stuff being done is inside and we cannot get in hence lock up complete, but the summary is that the house interior is almost complete.

Plastering has been done, the electrical's, gas, pipes, ducted cooling and heating is all placed in now.

The house has been painted, the tiling has been done, the facade has been rendered, and our garage has been placed I believe it is about 2 or 3 weeks and the house is done.

The only thing that it needs now is the boundary fencing, and driveway, but that is not important for now.

== OCTOBER 2009 - LOCK UP COMPLETE ==

Friday, 9th of October, 2009 - Day 46 - Stage 3 Lock up complete

Been busy and wasn't able to log all the entries, but during the end of September and the beginning of October. We chose the interior colour for our Kitchen, Bathroom, Shower Tiles, Ceiling and Walls.

We also had an appointment with our site manager to check for our electrical locations and the placement of the lights in the house.

The bricks have been completed and now it looks more and more better. They have completed Stage 3 which also means increase in payments. Stage 4 which is the final stage will be starting next week. Finally they will start on the interiors, plastering, kitchen benches, all the taps electrical's etc..
